An Proposal Training Model to Measure the performance of the principals of Schools according to the Six Sigma Criteria

The lack in the governmental educational institute of the application of minute scientific criteria, which are criteria of quality and specially ISO 9000 to 2000 has made these institutions stagger in their academic and functional performance, and inability to put suitable training programs to raise the performance level. Based on the above, this is the first Iraqi study, as far as the researcher knows, it includes Six Sigma Criteria as a criterion of quality for the raise of the levels of outcomes of any institution or organization. Therefore, this study aims at raise the level of the performance of principals. Therefore, the Six Sigma Criteria is known as a set of modern administrative and analytical instruments and the technique of observing the institution. In another concept, the Six Sigma Criteria is a process that result in less than (3,4) defects or less for each million chance of errors. The researcher depends on the analytical descriptive approach to study the objective of this study the study community is made up of all these education. The sample includes all the supervisors from the Directorate of Education of Baghdad Rusafa I in the random method with ratio (%74) and the attained (20) supervisors. The scale for attaining the compatibility in the answers. Delphi method is used in two rounds to arrive at the compatibility to reach concurrence. Then, they agreed a training program on the form of questions to be answered by the principal, and then to measure according to the Six Sigma Criteria. In the light of the questions the suitable answers.
